It's a nice, peaceful day...let's just see how long it's going to stay peaceful. Let's start with the veterans, shall we?
Alright, everyone...I've called a bit of a meeting to address a few things. First off, I'm happy to report that Elekid is back in action after a harrowing ordeal at the Isis City Gym. Pinsir, Gliscor, Lapras, you all gave valiant efforts in there and we came out champs because of it. Likewise, Snorlax, Slakoth, Chinchou, you helped make a fantastic first impression for us back in Chloris, and I just wanted to say thanks to you all. We have a long road ahead of us with at least six more gyms on the horizons, so we're going to need nothing but your continued A-games.
Now, if you're wondering about Pidgey, he's going through a bit of a psychological...thing. I'm going to ask for all of your patience in dealing with him, since he's probably going to be very cranky. If he gets out of line, you have my permission to show him what's what, but I want to see if he can work through this shit by himself, understood?
Lastly, we have a lot of newcomers to the team...six in fact. I'm going to introduce them to you in groups of three and I'll be introducing you to them likewise. Give them an idea of what things are going to be like, get to know them, because who knows who you might depend on to get you out of hot water one day...so be welcoming to the new guys, okay?
I'm gonna go give them a little spiel first about what's going on, then I'll go into the introductions, got it? Everyone, return!
Now...the newbies.
Hi, everyone! So, I know this must all be a little confusing, perhaps overwhelming, but I wanted to take this time to explain everything to you. My name is Tom Cedar, and I'm your new Pokemon trainer. That means we'll be traveling together and battling together against other trainers and their Pokemon. I will feed you, take care of you when you get hurt, and will help you grow stronger. I have a bunch of other Pokemon on my team that you'll all be meeting shortly to explain things better, but for now, I just wanted to let you know that I'm very excited to be working with all of you.
Everyone, return!
Okay...now, to integrate...
